1. Tokyo Ghoul: Carnival Color

Tokyo Ghoul: carnival, later renamed Tokyo Ghoul: Carnival Color, is an action-adventure smartphone game for both iOS and Android. The game is free to download but allows in-app purchases.

The game was launched in 2015 by BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Inc. The game was properly developed, with power 3D characters, maps, and proper lighting.

The game introduced some of the manga and anime characters and you’ll be able to see similarities in storylines, making the game feel more fun and relatable for fans.

2. Tokyo Ghoul: Jail

This is the second game in our 5 Tokyo Ghoul games. Tokyo Ghoul: Jail is an adventure RPG video game for the PlayStation Vita.

The PS Vita adventure RPG will allow you to freely travel and explore Tokyo’s 23 wards. The RPG features a new protagonist designed by the original manga creator, Sui Ishida.

Players can chat characters which is an awesome feature. The game brings us a new storyline.

The ghoul jail committed the crime of mass-killing investigators, but there were a few eyewitnesses, but no one knew his face or his true identity.

There were several suspects of the Jail incident, one of them being young ghoul Rio. He was thought to be the one responsible and was later imprisoned in Cochlea.

We also have tons of familiar characters which makes the game more immersive. It was released in October of 2016.

3. Tokyo Ghoul: Dark War

Tokyo Ghoul: Dark War is a free-to-play mobile game based on the hit anime and manga series, Tokyo Ghoul.

Form squads component of your favorite Ghoul, human or hybrid, characters, then fight your way through a robust single-player campaign or challenge other players in multiple exciting PvP modes.

4. Tokyo Ghoul: re-invoke

Tokyo Ghoul: re-invoke was an RPG smartphone app game for iOS and Android. The game was free to download but also had in-game purchases to make the game more fun with packs and updates.

Players will choose from several characters and create teams to combat each other.

The game features 3D characters and environments and brilliantly voice-acted cut scenes. The BANDAI NAMCO of America announced on August 28, 2018, that they’d re-brand to Tokyo Ghoul: rebirth for their upcoming release in the west.

It was later announced that they’d be shutting down the game entirely on November 26, 2019.

5. Tokyo Ghoul: re Call to Exist

Tokyo Ghoul: re Call to Exist is the biggest of the bunch and by far the most successful. It is a survival action game developed by Three Rings and published by BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment for Windows devices and the PlayStation 4 in November 2019.

Re Call to Exist is a third-person survival action game in which players can choose to be on the side of the ghouls or the investigators, even though we all side with the ghouls anyway, with playable characters including Haise Sasaki, Ken, Amon Touka, and Shu Tsukiyama.

The game also blesses fans with a multiplayer mode. According to reviews at Metacritic, the game received mixed reviews, ranging from positive to negative, and overall of 5.0/10 or 58/100.

Tokyo Ghoul is undoubtedly a very successful manga and anime, and game developers have had a fun time creating games based on it, making a boatload of money, Some more successful than others.
