Multichoice Nigeria, the owners of DStv and GOtv, recently launched a new mobile application called MyGOtv for its popular digital platform.

According to Mr. John Ugbe, the CEO of MultiChoice Nigeria, with this new mobile platform, Multichoice will restore the power of self-service and ease of access to government users/customers.

It will also allow them to effectively manage their viewing preferences, check account balances, clear error codes, change packages, make payments, and update their details at any time and anywhere they decide to.

Mr. Ugbe said the new MyGOtv mobile app will join the wide range of digital platforms that have been and still are innovative and functional, meeting the dynamic needs, requests, and demands of GOtv customers in Africa.

Once GOtv customers have downloaded the mobile app, “No matter the MultiChoice package a customer decides to subscribe to,” it is easy to log in from any data-enabled mobile device using their customer details (e.g., the customer’s last name, registered mobile number, and decoder IUC number).

Once a customer is logged in, the MyGOtv mobile application automatically allows such users to easily manage their GOtv account on the go or even from the comfort of their homes.

Mr. Ugbe also pointed out that by enabling GOtv customers to manage and monitor their GOtv accounts independently, Multichoice expects to reduce queues and queries at the Multichoice call centers significantly.

This will ultimately free up the Multichoice customer-facing staff and improve one-on-one support for the GOtv users who require it.

The multichoice goal is to provide an accessible, efficient, and affordable platform for self-service that will improve the overall user experience when they engage with GOtv.

The free GOtv mobile app is available for download on Android via the Play Store and iOS via the App Store. With the app, customers can upgrade or downgrade their subscription bouquet, pay GOtv bills, and clear error codes.

    Please I subscribe and they’ve debited my account since and its yet to show anything

I I subscribe last month with my bank account which is 3500 with gotv Max and until now they have not subscribe it my gotv expire on the 13 of this December so how can I subscribe my gotv where they have not even subscribe the amount I pay online to subscribed wit my bank accountb.. pls u people should subscribe my gotv..tank u
