Early Life
Kanye West was born to his parents Ray West and Dr. Donda West, in Atlanta, Georgia, on June 8th, 1977. Ray West, Kanye’s father, was a photojournalist who worked for a journal newspaper in Atlanta before he became a Christian counselor.
