How to Take a Scrolling Screenshot with the Help of Third-Party Apps?

At times, you need to take a long screenshot to share what you want. For example, you want to take a screenshot of a WhatsApp chat an Instagram message thread, or, let’s say, an entire article or a webpage.

In this case, you will have a screenshot of multiple pages, and even then, the result will still be confusing to the receiver as they won’t be able to know which screenshot follows which.

That is why, to make these scenarios easier, we will call on the help of an app called Tailor (Free, in-app purchase), which stitches these multiple screenshots into one, making it easy to share and understand.

You can do this by following the steps below:

Download and launch the Tailor app (Free, in-app purchases). Now tap on the “Allow Access” button and then grant the app the necessary permission.

Now, go ahead and take overlapping screenshots of the content you want to share.

What I mean by ‘overlapping screenshot’ is that the end of the first screenshot will appear at the start of the second one, so Tailor knows the order in which to combine them and make it seem like it was just one screenshot.

Then, open Tailor, and it will automatically recognize the overlapping screenshots and stitch them into one long screenshot.

Once that is done, you can tap on the share button to either save or share the screenshot.
