One of the best shows on Shudder is the anthology series Channel Zero, which created a profoundly frightening setting, featured strong performances, and weaved a progressively building patchwork of dread by drawing influence from the Internet urban legends known as “creepypastas.”
It is an hour-long horror drama that makes a sincere effort to frighten viewers. Each season is condensed into six episodes, and viewers know they will have a satisfying resolution. Check out and see if it can creep you out successfully.
3. Creepshow (2019)

5. Elvira’s 40th Anniversary, Very Scary, Very Special, Special (2021)

So far, only four episodes have been aired for season one, and the show was met with a generally positive response from lovers of Gore and horror.
It’s one of the best shows on Shudder if you want a bit of nostalgia accompanied by the “sleep with the lights on” pleasure it’ll bring.
6. A Discovery of Witches (2018)

Based on Deborah Harkness’s All Souls trilogy, A Discovery of Witches is a romantic fantasy series starring Teresa Palmer as Diana Bishop, a reluctant witch.
She comes into contact with a long-lost manuscript while conducting research for a book that purports to tell the origins of witches, vampires, and demons.
With the help of a hot and powerful vampire named Matthew Clairmont, Diana changes her mind about magic and starts to embrace her abilities to defend herself from those who are after the book and want to harm her.

7. Cursed Films (2021)

Still, thankfully they never really stray too far into actual supernatural theorizing. Instead, it is a tribute to troubled projects and movies whose histories will always be linked to tragedies.
8. NOS4A2 (2019)

NOS4A2 is based on Joe Hill’s 2013 best-selling book of the same name, and it tells the story of Vic McQueen, a talented young lady who learns she has a paranormal ability to retrieve missing objects.
She is put in danger by the immortal and wicked Charlie Manx because of her talent.
She works to stop Manx and free his victims while avoiding going insane or becoming one of them.
I read this book earlier this year, and the adaptation does it some justice, so I think it’s one of the best shows on Shudder.
9. The Walking Dead: World Beyond (2020)

The Walking Dead: World Beyond is an offshoot of The Walking Dead, and just by the name alone, you can tell it is one of the best shows on Shudder.
The same-titled comic book series by Robert Kirkman, Tony Moore, and Charlie Adlard serves as its basis.
The show is about a gang of teenagers who have spent their entire lives avoiding the zombie apocalypse.
They leave their safe nest to confront the harsh realities of the world outside of their community after being tasked with a significant assignment that is personal to them.
10. Door Into Darkness (1973)

Italian Giallo king Dario Argento created and produced a four-part, one-hour television series called Door into Darkness between the premiere of his second and third films.
The Alfred Hitchcock Presents series inspired Argento and his collaborators to create a flawed but intriguing set of films.
Each of the four episodes is presented by Argento, and each offers a stand-alone narrative in its way.
Two of the four episodes were written and directed by Argento, who turned the other two off to Mario Foglietti, a seasoned RAI filmmaker, and his frequent partner Luigi Cozzi.
