She completed her primary education in Accra, Ghana, where she obtained her First School Leaving Certificate. She then proceeded to St. Mary’s Senior high school in Accra Ghana and got herself a West African Senior School Certificate (WAEC).
She has always been drawn to life on the stage. So she enrolled in the University of Ghana to acquire the required knowledge needed for the building of her dream. There, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the Department of Theater Arts, and ever since, fell in love with the thrills of showbiz.
But, like for many, getting into the industry didn’t come easy and cheap for her. After her tertiary education, she joined the Ghanian movie industry and started attending movie audition, but she could only get minor roles In the movies.
Time was not on her side, and the bills had to be paid, so she diversified and joined the beauty pageant in 2008 and contested for Miss Malaika. As fortune was on her side, she emerged as the first runner up in the competition.
This turn of the event made her highly famous. Her new fame landed her the role of Efia in a popular Nollywood movie called “College Girls.” This was the beginning of her fame and brought her to limelight both in Ghana and In Nigeria.
