8 Most Powerful Weapons in Destiny

Most Powerful Weapons in DestinyPin

When players think of powerful things in Destiny, they often picture exotic items first and foremost in their minds.

These weapons come equipped with one-of-a-kind qualities that, depending on how they’re used, either permit specific playstyles or improve others.

Because of the inherent power of exotic weapons, you can only use one at a time, which means you will need to use two legendary weapons to supplement your decision.

The good news is that several most potent weapons in destiny have power levels comparable to those of the game’s Exotics.

Legendary weapons, whether Primary or Heavy, have the potential to deliver significant damage when equipped with the appropriate perks.

The following is a list of the most powerful weapons in Destiny:

1. Heritage

If you’re in the market for a solid Shotgun, Heritage is a brand you can’t go wrong with. Slug Shotguns have excellent one-shot ranges in PvP, deliver excellent damage when used in PvE, and are not too difficult to use overall.

The Heritage, when rolled with Hip-Fire Grip and Moving Target, has the potential to provide some of the most consistent damage output of any Legendary PvP Shotgun.

In PvE, Reconstruction and Recombination are beneficial abilities during boss damage over time and for dealing damage to Champions.

2. Empty Vessel

The Empty Vessel is widely considered one of the most powerful weapons in destiny. This compact Grenade Launcher offers various advantages, making it difficult to enumerate them all. The following is a short list of the capabilities of this Grenade Launcher:

In Player vs. Player combat, you can kill Guardians with a single shot if you use spike or high-velocity grenades.

If you cannot hit the enemy with regular attacks, you can manually detonate the grenades around corners or behind cover to eliminate them.

At this point, Special Grenade Launchers are ridiculously powerful. Empty Vessel takes it to the next level with incredible benefits, and the fact that it can generate Warmind Cells makes it an essential piece of gear for Guardians who want to take on Destiny’s endgame. Watch for a good roll on this gun, and keep an eye out for it.

3. Half-Truths

Half-Truths is the only Sword that you absolutely must have in your inventory. When you switch to this weapon, you can lunge at tremendous speeds since it is one of only two swords in the game that can roll with Eager Edge, a perk that allows you to roll with Eager Edge.

It is a perk of the S-tier that can be used to solve jumping puzzles and close the gap in Gambit and PvP. It is no surprise that half-truths are listed here as one of the most powerful weapons in destiny.

If you don’t have anything else, have at least one of these on hand in case you get trapped in a leaping puzzle. Other alternatives are superior to this Sword in terms of direct damage dealt.

4. Horror’s Least

In Destiny 2, Horror’s Least is regarded as one of the most powerful weapons in destiny and the most effective Pulse Rifles for usage in both the player versus environment and player-against-player gameplay modes.

Kill Clip is a tremendous damage perk that pulls this weapon’s total time to kill (TTK) past most Primary weapons.

This is one of the few Rapid-Fire Frame Pulse Rifles that can roll with Kill Clip, making it one of the few Rapid-Fire Frame Pulse Rifles overall.

You now have a reliable weapon that will give you an advantage in the Crucible if you combine it with Steady Hands or Perpetual Motion.

When combined with Frenzy and Perpetual Motion, Horror’s Least can perform admirably as a workhorse in PvE.

Because of the significant improvements to your statistics that you will receive, this weapon will have incredible handling, reload speed, and a modest flinch resistance.

This is the best option for a decent Pulse Rifle that can be used effectively across Destiny’s content.

5. Deliverance

In Destiny 2, you won’t come across Stasis Fusion Rifles very often. Stasis Fusions are placed in the Kinetic slot rather than the Energy slot because they do not consume energy.

This opens up the possibility of combining Deliverance with other primary cards of the highest tier, such as Palindrome and Igneous Hammer.

Deliverance is regarded as one of the game’s top Fusions in and of itself. Users of Stasis can regain all of their ability energy with each kill if they have Demolitionist and Chill Clip equipped, assuming that they are employing specific Aspects and Fragments.

On the other hand, a roll that contains both Successful Warm-Up and Perpetual Motion can pose a threat while within the Crucible. This craftable weapon with unique perks and vertical recoil may be used in combat.

You don’t need to look any further if you’re looking for a solid Special weapon to complement your Funnelweb or Palindrome; deliverance is there to do the job as one of the most powerful weapons in destiny.

6. Hothead

The Rocket Launcher from the first iteration of Destiny returns in the form of the Hothead. The Hothead, along with the majority of the other most powerful weapons in destiny that were added in Year 4, possesses one of the most impressive perk pools ever seen on a Rocket Launcher.

The Explosive Light perk, which increases the damage done by your next rocket when you grab an Orb of Power, has a chance to roll on this Rocket Launcher, making it one of the few that can do so.

As a result of the change made to the Vorpal Weapon in the 30th Anniversary Pack, the Explosive Light perk for Rocket Launchers is now considered to deal the most damage.

You can substitute Explosive Light with Clown Cartridge to deal more damage than other exotic rocket launchers if someone on your fireteam is using Gjallarhorn.

This will allow you to deliver more damage than other rocket launchers. If all of that weren’t enough, you might combine these perks with Demolitionist, listed in the first column, to receive grenade energy for each kill you achieve.

7. Funnelweb

If you can score a decent roll with this rifle, the Funnelweb is one of the best small-caliber machine guns you may employ in Destiny 2.

This 900 RPM Visit SMG is a spiritual successor to The Recluse, which is widely considered the most powerful Primary weapon in the whole history of Destiny 2 up until now.

The extreme lethality that Recluse possesses is amplified to a greater degree by Funnelweb, thanks to its origin attribute and perks.

When you hit an opponent with Funnelweb, the Veist Stinger origin characteristic will cause it to reload its magazine more frequently. This is one of the strongest origin traits in the game.

Even though this effect has a relatively short cooldown, it is not unusual for this perk to activate multiple times during the course of a single Nightfall or PvP encounter.

You may use this in conjunction with Subsistence to create an SMG that requires very little reloading.

If you combine this ability with one that increases damage, like Frenzy or Adrenaline Junkie, you can turn yourself into an add-killing machine for PvE. If you can use the Void subclass ability Volatile Rounds, this pistol is on par with most Exotics.

8. Fatebringer

The reigning master of Hand Cannons has come back. In both Story Mode and Competitive Play, the Fatebringer remains one of the best Hand Cannons in Destiny 2.

Explosive Payload and Firefly are recreations of this weapon’s behavior in the first Destiny game. They deal incredible area-of-effect damage upon a precision kill, and each bullet packs a powerful explosive punch.

This is the only Primary in Destiny 2 that can roll Osmosis and a damage perk like Kill Clip, making it possible for you to make the most of Elemental Wells if build crafting is one of your favorite activities.

Crucible players can also use Fatebringer by combining Explosive Payload and Eye of the Storm to create an exceptionally reliable 140 RPM hand cannon.

If you have even the slightest interest in Hand Cannons, you should always keep a Fatebringer in your inventory; this is indeed one of the most powerful weapons in destiny that is capable of blasting a good number of enemies at a go.
